Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do
You’ll partner directly with the legal team, leaders, and departments across the company to support a range of legal and compliance efforts.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

  Reviewing and drafting NDAs, vendor contracts, and legal documents

  
  


• 
  

  Managing contract lifecycles from start to signature and beyond

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting regulatory filings, license renewals, and corporate recordkeeping

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting legal research and due diligence

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating meetings, filings, and day-to-day Legal Department operations

  
  


• 
  

  Helping build tools, templates, and internal processes that keep us running smoothly

  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  

  Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor’s with a paralegal certificate (ABA-accredited)

  
  


• 
  

  1–2 years of paralegal experience (law firm or corporate legal department)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

  High attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple deadlines

About the Role  

The salary grade for this position ranges from $67,067.90 - $95,221.20 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $75,000.00 - $80,000+ per annum and commensurate with experience.
