Job Description - Corporate Receptionist


General Responsibilities / Job Summary:

The LINKBANK receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees in the Camp Hill HQ. The receptionist will create a welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service. 

Essential Functions/Duties:

  2. Positive attitude & willingness to learn: Required to deliver excellent client service with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  3. Greet visitors & clients: Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
  4. Notify employees of visitors: Inform staff when visitors arrive at the office.
  5. Receive, sort, and deliver mail: Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered.
  6. Maintain reception & common areas: Keep the reception and other shared spaces clean and organized.
  7. Answer bank-related questions: Provide information about the bank and its services to clients.
  8. Maintain security: Track who enters the office for security purposes.
  9. Write agendas & schedule meetings: Organize and document meetings for various committees.
  10. Manage office supplies: Keep inventory of office supplies and reorder before stock runs out.
  11. Keep email distribution list updated: Update the email list for committee members as changes occur.
  12. Manage pool car fleet: Oversee the bank’s pool cars, track usage, and ensure only authorized users can drive them.
  13. Coordinate manager training: Organize logistics and outreach for manager training sessions.
  14. Coordinate catering for meetings: Arrange catering for executive meetings and company events.
  15. Other duties as assigned: Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor. 
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to be proactive. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills. 
  • Computer skills including, MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an office environment 

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet the requirements of the role. 

Physical and Mental Job Requirements: 

  • Clear verbal communication: Ability to clearly and accurately convey information to clients and employees.
  • Reading & comprehension skills: Ability to understand and process complex schedules and correspondence while maintaining excellent client service.
  • Manual dexterity: Capability to operate office equipment and computers effectively.
  • Visual acuity: Ability to work with visual clarity, especially when using a computer.
  • Mobility & lifting: Ability to move within the department and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
  • Regular attendance: Consistent presence at work as required.
  • Availability: Must be available during core hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, printers/copiers, phones, and postage meters
