Corporate Receptionist - with Great Benefits

Ultimate Staffing is currently looking for a corporate receptionist with 2+ years of experience on the west side of Houston. This is an immediate need to apply ASAP as interviews are currently underway.

Duties:

• Take inbound calls
• Reporting
• Recruiting
• Data entry
• General clerical duties- filing, emailing, copying

Qualifications:

• 2+ years administrative and/or reception experience
• Degree preferred but not required
• Professional written and verbal communication
