Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will lead full-cycle recruitment for our corporate, administrative, professional, and leadership positions while serving as a key backup to our Talent Acquisition Lead in supporting plant operations hiring.

What You'll Do
Corporate Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate, administrative, technical, and leadership positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the pre-employment process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition Support
Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (UKG).
Draft and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Plant Operations Support
Serve as the backup recruiter for production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and other manufacturing positions as business needs require.
Support high-volume hiring initiatives, open interview events, orientation sessions, and onboarding.
Assist with background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting corporate, professional, or leadership positions preferred.
Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); UKG experience is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
