We are actively hiring for a Contract Corporate Recruiter! Join us and support an Auto Insurance Group,
RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supporting recruiting efforts for a part of our Operations division. Pre-screen resumes and phone screen the highest quality candidates. Documents phone screen and make recommendations for interview. May make offers to candidates recommended for an offer. ATS documentation and compliance with applicant activity and requisition details. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. May negotiate with and/or support the hiring manager in developing new hire compensation packages/offers. May determine and implement the most effective methods for sourcing candidates (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, social networking, employment agencies, and job fairs).
REQUIREMENTS 4+ years’ experience as a recruiter (corporate recruiting experience desired) Ability to manage full life-cycle recruiting (source, prequalify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers, etc.) on a consistent basis. Able to take direction from multiple sources. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Key technologies: LinkedIn Recruiter (Required), Indeed sourcing and Workday preferred
