Corporate Recruiter - Manufacturing (Remote)

Summary/Objective

The Recruiter’s purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment daily for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.

Essential Functions

• Meet the specific needs of RPO client stakeholders by recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire skilled and salaried positions.


• Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.


• Schedule interviews between client’s stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.


• Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.


• Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.


• Present job offers, negotiate, close the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.


• Track and prepare reporting on recruiting activity as needed by our clients.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree


• 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing and/or supply chain industries


• Strong customer service orientation

• Proficiency in MS Office

Supervisory Responsibility

There are no direct supervisory responsibilities.  The highest performers will be team players who are well-versed in mentoring.

Work Environment or Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments.  Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.  Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room required.

• Ability to lift 5- 20lbs periodically
