What Is Required (Qualifications)

Full-cycle recruiting experience in the Industrial Gas or Chemical industry
Recruiting experience in both agency and corporate settings
Expert knowledge of social media/Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field desired, but not required

Strong Word & Excel skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
