BASIC PURPOSE
This position reports to the Director of Corporate Services and helps coordinate the Board of Directors’ and Affordable Housing Advisory Council meetings, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, while maintaining a positive image for the Bank. Serves as the primary Contract Administrator for Corporate Administration. Provides meaningful contributions to the Bank’s Corporate charities. This role also performs a variety of complex tasks in support of Corporate Administration.

Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment requiring little physical exertion. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Mental concentration, attention to detail and computer use for extended periods of time are common. Completion of complex tasks under deadline pressure may be required. This position may, on occasion, also require evening and weekend work based on business needs. Interruptions may occur.
