Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 DOE
Experience Required: 2+ years in customer service and dispatch/coordination (facilities, banking, or trades strongly preferred) 1+ year with client portals (e.g., Service Channel, Corrigo, Angus)

About the Corporate Services Specialist/Dispatcher Role
The Corporate Services Specialist/Dispatcher will be the daily lifeline for Mechanics Bank’s 200+ CA locations. We need a portal-savvy, geographically sharp coordinator to own end-to-end service delivery – from emergency triage to photo close-outs. 

Job Title Key Responsibilities:

• Field all client requests (portal/phone/email)


• Dispatch techs nationwide with SLA precision


• Keep portal updated daily – ETAs, photos, notes


• Build quotes/POs under $25K


• Backup national scheduling team

Corporate Services Specialist Dispatcher Qualifications:

• 2+ years customer service and dispatch (retail/facilities preferred)


• Portal experience (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc.)


• Geographically knowledgeable


• 45 WPM


• Works well under pressure – 70 calls plus per day
