Support the DCEO in translating strategic priorities, annual business plans, and management decisions into action plans, timelines, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate meetings, communication, and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders as assigned by the DCEO.
Collect updates on risk, compliance, audit, and governance observations related to subsidiary companies.
Monitor timelines for regulatory submissions, audit responses, compliance actions, policy implementation, and control improvements.
Escalate interdepartmental coordination issues and unresolved operational bottlenecks to the DCEO.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive professional experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, business development, project management, or organizational development.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing corporate strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Experience working closely with executive leadership and senior management teams.
