· Train PRMI employees on how to use Encompass, POS systems (Blend, ECC, Simple Nexus, Floify, etc.), and other systems as deemed necessary.
· Work with Business Technology, Business Development, Branch Relations, Closing & Funding, Underwriting, etc., and Training Manager to develop, update, and maintain training curriculum for branch and corporate employees on how to use Encompass and POS systems to process PRMI’s loans. Will also work closely with LO trainer, Underwriting, and Closing to produce and maintain a seamless workflow.
· Effectively disseminate information about updates and changes to the system(s) and/or policies and processes to Processors, Loan Officer training team and other impacted departments.
· Troubleshoot and develop solutions for potential roadblocks by working with Business Technology, applicable Corporate Departments, and management as needed.
· Develop Processing Training curriculum by using outside vendor material, existing internal training material and create new training material. Work the Loan Officer Training team, Underwriting, Closing, and QA to ensure a seamless workflow.
· Assist with creation of recorded training and tutorials for all departments.
· Conduct in person (when applicable) and online training for PRMI employees.
· Updates procedures relating to Encompass for Originating and Processing. Works closely with other department SME’s for updates to their procedures (UW, Closing, etc.)
· Cross training with Branch Relations to broaden knowledge base. Coordinate with Branch Relations Manager.
· Helps coordinate, develop, and deliver content for monthly Loan Operations Training webinars under the Corporate Training Manager’s direction.
· Imports, exports, customizes, and automates/delivers training reports
o Course import/implementation/troubleshooting
· Sets up course assignments and maps courses and training requirements to various employee profiles
· Sets up and manages due dates and related notifications
· Coordinates with Human Resources, IT, and other departments as needed to manage employee database, enable/disable system access codes, adjust training profiles, answer training and troubleshooting questions, etc.
· Works with vendors as needed to receive, upload, and remove/archive courses and history, troubleshoot and correct LMS, course, and tracking/completion issues, install/manage system updates and changes, etc.
Qualifications
· Two years of training experience, both producing training materials and facilitating training in a business setting, preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Professional verbal communication skills
· Excellent writing, editing, and arithmetic skills
· Ability to effectively and professionally handle difficult situations that may arise when working with branches/divisions
· Ability to type 50 wpm
· Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Preferences
· Two years of experience in the mortgage industry. Processing of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans. Other experience in Loan Originating or Underwriting acceptable.
· Working knowledge of Encompass.
· Working knowledge of POS systems.
· Previous experience configuring and managing Learning Management Systems
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
· Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks at a time
· Ability to work and deliver content under tight deadlines
