Responsibilities of the Warranty Coordinator entail:

• Process and file warranty claims with various manufacturers as instructed by the Warranty Manager
• Review and clear all assigned warranty claims in pending status on a daily basis
• Provide rapid response to various requests from manufacturers to ensure warranty claims are processed in a timely manner
• Prepare all parts and core returns when requested by manufacturers
• Post credits and warranty payments to the Warranty Receivables Schedule as needed
• Reconcile the Warranty Receivable Schedule monthly
• Assist with the follow-up of all unpaid claims as directed by the Warranty Manager
• Close and post all warranty repair orders promptly

The requirements for a Warranty Coordinator:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
