Job Description
This position is responsible for but is not limited to, researching, and analyzing incoming Member Complaints, Member Reimbursement requests, Billing and Enrollment inquiries, miscellaneous member correspondences, etc., also responsible for determining appropriate paths to follow, creating supporting documentation, processing claims/TARs on final determinations, and extensive communication with members, providers, and additional internal and external customers.
This role will have a Hybrid aspect, up to 2 days a week in office for face to face client meetings
PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE FROM $20-$22.50

Skills and Requirements
Medi-Cal Dental Program Experience
1-2 Years of related work experience working on a Medi-Cal Program
Knowledge of TARs/claims, and eligibility
Dental X-Ray License, fluently read dental radiographs
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
Must be a resident in the State of CA Graduated from an accredited dental assistant school or dental office experience null
