Physical & Environmental:

Heavy Lifting: Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds.

Climate Adaptability: Comfortable working in variable weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Reliability & Flexibility:

Punctuality: A proven track record of arriving to work on time and ready to start the shift.

Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities in the workplace.
