Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to lead the grand opening and daily operations of our upcoming Moida retail location. We are looking for a strategic leader to build a top-performing team and deliver world-class customer service.

Location: Orlando, Florida (The Florida Mall)

Grand Opening & Training Schedule:

▪ Store Opening: TBD, approximately September-October 2026
▪ Mandatory Training: Prior to the opening, the Store Manager will undergo a comprehensive training program. Training may take place at a different location (e.g., Corporate HQ or existing branch), and the candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to the training site.

Schedule & Compensation:

▪ Salary: $40,000-75,000/Yr, depending on experience and qualifications (Exempt)
▪ Hours: Flexible hours based on operational needs. Weekend shifts and holidays are required. (Prospective hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Hire and train staff as needed to ensure optimal customer service coverage
▪ Supervise, train, and assist employees in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and executing product promotions
▪ Develop and manage employee schedules and promotional calendars, particularly around holiday cycles
▪ Identify opportunities to enhance in-store promotion, brand visibility, and customer engagement
▪ Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely stocking, execute purchasing plans, and coordinate with suppliers to meet sales targets efficiently
▪ Cross-train employees and support Beauty Advisors to ensure productivity and operational continuity
▪ Manage controllable expenses and strive to maintain profitability
▪ Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Qualifications:

▪ 2+ years of experience in retail store management (Beauty/Fashion preferred).
▪ Strong proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Shopify), scheduling tools (e.g., Homebase), and spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel)
▪ Background Check: A background check is required after a conditional offer of employment is made, in accordance with applicable laws.

Preferred Qualifications
▪ Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English is highly preferred to facilitate communication with our Korea-based headquarters and vendors.
