Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating students in various aspects of cosmetology, including hair, skin, and nail care techniques. Your expertise will help students develop the skills they need to excel in their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive instruction in theory and practical applications of cosmetology.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and workshops when applicable.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback on their skills.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Cosmetology Instructor License in the state of Indiana.
• Must have a beauty of culture Teaching License.
• Demonstrated experience in the cosmetology industry.
• Prior teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students in their career paths.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
