Your Role:
As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to step in and inspire students during the absence of regular instructors. You will deliver engaging lessons and facilitate hands-on training, fostering an interactive learning environment that helps students develop their skills and confidence in cosmetology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction according to provided lesson plans.
• Conduct practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques.
• Engage students and encourage their participation in hands-on activities.

Qualifications:

• A valid Educator License in the State of Illinois is a must.
• Experience in the cosmetology industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
