Join a global manufacturing leader in North Westchester County, NY.  Drive cost analysis across international sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work directly in Epicor ERP. Full-time, office-based, $65K–$85K DOE. TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDED. Facilities in the USA & INTERNATIONAL.  They are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant/Analyst to join their Finance team;  the position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on costs across multiple manufacturing sites. The Data Analyst will support cost accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and provide insights to support business decisions. 

Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment REQUIRED.

·   EPICOR ERP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

· Solid understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.

· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.

·   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

·   Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team.

·   Experience with international manufacturing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Analyze and report on product and operational costs across all global sites, including monthly variance analysis and standard cost updates.

·  Maintain accurate cost records in ERP (Epicor), reconcile inventory transactions, and ensure data integrity.

·  Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

·    Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal financial controls.

Additional Information:

·   Office-based role with occasional visits to production and warehouse facilities in the U.S. and internationally.

·   Standard weekday hours, with occasional overtime during month- and year-end closings.
