Cost Control Foreman

• Working knowledge of Mechanical (pipe), Structural, Concrete & Civil, and I&E work scope


• Be able to read and interpret P&ID, PLEDS, I/E & Civil drawings


• Knowledge of building material requisitions


• Working knowledge of project cost control


• Working knowledge of Xcel spread sheets


• Working knowledge of P6 schedules and know how to read them


• Team Player


• Good communicator


• Self-Starter
