We are looking for a Cost Controller, with specialization of Technology expenses. You will be joining IT Finance Team in Performance Management Department of Finance, which is responsible for the finance control and support to the whole Technology Division, including project and run costs as well as invoice handling.  
 

What You Will Do: 

• Participate in IT Cost reports preparation; Provide input on data quality improvements and contribute to report content and format
• Do monthly analyses on cost level deviations (month on month, vs financial plan, vs previous rolling forward forecast)
• Support stakeholders within technology division to deliver their targets and keeping them accountable for costs to be in line with financial plan/forecast
• Organize data collection and preparation of input for quarterly rolling forward forecast; Detailed bottom-up forecast preparation for annual financial plan creation
• Collaborate with accounting to enable proper month end process (Accruals/Reversals for IT related costs)
• Participate and contribute actively in building and setting up procedures for IT Finance team 
• Provide internal trainings on the financial procedures and processes for counterparties in technology division 

 
What We Expect:  

• Educational background in finance, economics or similar field 
• Previous experience in financial analysis, planning and control 
• Good knowledge of Bank products, processes and IT systems 
• Great understanding of business process management  
• Advanced MS Excel skills 
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly 
• Innovative mindset and high level of ownership 
• Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability 
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
