The Cost Research team sits at the front line of critical research initiatives supporting Gordian’s estimation data products. Utilizing primary research techniques, the Cost Researcher spends most of their time on the telephone in communication with existing and developed information sources of Construction material and labor pricing across North America. Cost Researchers collect, validate, and enter this data into a database, and must be extremely accurate and detail oriented.
The Cost Research team is in a high growth phase and looking for researchers willing to enhance their skills, foster new and existing industry relationships, and develop deep insight into construction cost data and trends.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position (in local currency) is 18.12 - 33.60 hourly
