What You Bring

• 3–10 years of experience in cost management/project controls.

• Expertise in cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk analysis.

• Strong ability to translate complex financials into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency with JDE, or EcoSys or Procore, and/or strong Power BI/reporting skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 15%.

What You’ll Do

• Own the numbers: Track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and trends across multi-year EPC projects.

• Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.

• Manage change confidently: Oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges.

• Tell the story: Deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.

• Strengthen controls: Support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Make your mark: Serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects.
