Stand Together is seeking a passionate and innovative lawyer to join our high-performing in-house legal team. As Counsel, you will provide effective and efficient legal solutions to our non-profit clients and fuel their social impact. Our client organizations—including Americans for Prosperity and yes. every kid., among others—are focused on multiple priority initiatives across government, education, the economy, health care, and foreign policy. Although you will have opportunities to contribute across all areas, this Counsel initially will focus on solving legal problems involving: (i) campaign finance laws – state and federal; (ii) lobbying laws – state and federal; (iii) grassroots advocacy & operations; and (iv) federal tax-exempt organization laws.
