Formaggio Kitchen in Kendall Square is looking for morning counter help! This role would open the shop and set up our artisan bread display, our breakfast and deli case, and coffee station. Once the store is open, they would serve customers at the counter, take payments for the shop, and assist with small kitchen tasks, as needed.
Anticipated schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 6:30-2:00.
The most important requirements for success in this role are:
- Ability to work quickly and cleanly with consistency and in accordance with food handling regulations
- On time and reliable
- Cash handling and accurate operation of the point-of-sale system
- Passionate about specialty foods and exemplary customer service!
Skills that are helpful to have, but not required are:
- Demonstrated culinary skills with a preferred minimum of 1 year experience in the field
- Prior knowledge of the products Formaggio Kitchen carries and the philosophy behind our selections

COMPENSATION: This position is hourly, varies DOE, $18-$22/hour
