Counter Rental Agent Evening Shift

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Tennessee is currently hiring for an afternoon Counter Agent. Shifts are 2PM-10PM and 3PM-11PM. 

Our counter agents assist in the completion of customer transactions while providing superior customer service.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• operate the counter computer opening and closing rental contracts
• address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of  charges, vehicle damages, directions
• promote and sell coverage and upgrades i.e. additional insurance
• perform a variety of general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying
• maintain a clean and professional workspace
• support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WILL RECEIVE:

· Full benefits available after 60 days of employment. 

· Accrue 4 hrs. of vacation per month payable after 90 days.

· 10 days of vacation at 1st anniversary, plus two personal paid time off days.

Requirements

• 18 years or older of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills and resolution experience
• Pass background check as well as drug test
