Counter Sales

Flowly Solutions is hiring for an eager counter sales employee for our logistics team.

This is a full time position with a Monday through Friday schedule. You will be paid a competitive base salary in addition to a commission based on performance. We do not offer or require you to work on the weekends. There may be occasional opportunities for overtime.

We are looking for an employee to be the face of the company. You will be greeting incoming customers and assisting them with any questions they might have. You will be training to understand and explain all of our products and services. This will also require you to upsell and recommend additional items.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming incoming clients and helping them with any questions they might have
• Asking questions to fully understand their needs and recommending products and services
• Assisting them with locating items on the showroom
• Building invoices and quotes for customers
• Learning and developing an understanding on all of our items
• Logging customer information into our programs
• Fulfilling orders and pulling orders for clients
• Assisting in other departments if it is required
• Taking incoming calls and directing them to the correct point of contact

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to communicate professionally at all times
• Clear communication abilities over the phone
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
