Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with the sale of heavy duty truck and trailer parts and components both over the phone and over the counter.
• Determine the correct parts required by looking up and cross-referencing parts in parts catalogs & computer databases.
• Provide courteous and excellent, honest, consistent, and timely customer service to all customers.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of stock and special order parts.
• Assistance with parts warehouse duties when needed.
• Follow up on special orders for customers.
• Keep an organized, tidy work area and showroom.
• Assist parts team and parts manager with inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Automotive/Mechanical Knowledge
• Familiar with Automotive/Heavy Duty Truck/Agricultural Parts Sales would be preferred.
• Prior retail or commissioned sales experience preferred
