Are you a people person with a flair for design? 🎨 Do you love helping others make their space feel like home? 🏡 We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join our Egg Harbor Township showroom as a Counter Sales / Design Consultant Hybrid!

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between professional contractors 🛠️ and homeowners 🧑‍🤝‍🧑, delivering expert product support and design guidance — all while working Monday through Friday (yes, your weekends are all yours! 🙌).

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 👋 Welcome and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and designers

• 🎨 Guide homeowners through the flooring selection process with confidence and creativity

• 📦 Help pros with product info, quotes, and placing orders

• 🤝 Build strong customer relationships with service that goes the extra mile

• 🛋️ Maintain a clean, inviting showroom that showcases our beautiful flooring lines

• 🧠 Become an expert on our products and systems with full training

💡 What You Bring to the Table:

• 😃 Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• 🛍️ Retail, showroom, or design experience is a big plus!

• 🧠 A good eye for color, texture, and layout

• 🧾 Organized, reliable, and comfortable with basic technology and order entry
