You will oversee the daily operations of the counter and will-call areas at our Bishop Lane hub. This is a premier leadership opportunity to shape a high-performing sales team and ensure our Louisville operations set the gold standard for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Detail-Oriented Manager: A leader who maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment while ensuring every transaction is processed with 100% accuracy.
As a Counter Sales Lead, you will be the driving force behind Customer Loyalty and Sales Growth:
Team Leadership: Establish clear expectations for Sales Associates, holding the team accountable for excellence in every walk-in and will-call interaction.
Technical Sales Execution: Assist customers with complex quotes, orders, and RMAs via phone, email, and in-person, utilizing the Prophet 21 (P21) system.
Operational Oversight: Manage the physical organization of product displays and the will-call area to ensure a professional, efficient customer experience.
Financial Integrity: Oversee the accurate processing of cash, check, and credit transactions while managing tool rental procedures.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team activities align with company policies and legal safety standards to maintain a secure working environment.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a progressive sales or warehouse leadership position is preferred.
Product Mastery: Required experience with plumbing/HVAC product applications and features.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Prophet 21 (P21), RF Scanners, and multi-line phone systems (Zultys).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead huddles and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and routinely lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75+ lbs with assistance).
