We currently have five lumber yards, two showrooms, a custom mill, a production door shop, and a commercial door frame and hardware location. The Counter Sales Representative is the “face of the company” for all that come into our Philadelphia location and will be responsible for the first impression we make for our new customers. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in person, developing new business relationships, processing orders and assisting customers via the phone. The candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Requirements

Counter Sales Representative requirements:

• Warmly welcoming customers and aiding in an effective manner that matches solutions, products and services to each customer's wants and needs
• Establishing new business relationships, processing orders, and providing customers with reliable information on the phone and in person
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment 
• A positive and professional demeanor 
• Knowledge of residential or commercial lumber and millwork sales is a plus
• Experience or the ability to learn POS system is needed
• Pass a drug screening, physical, and background check
