What you'll do:

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
• Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answering questions, and making suggestions.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and provide beverage services
• Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Excellent customer service and people skills requiredStrong verbal communication skills required
• Active TABC certification required
• Good working knowledge of beverages and willingness to learn
• Minimum of 1-year serving experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience with POS system

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
