Counter-Maritime Subject Matter Expert (SME) Supporting PEO C3BM

Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with counter-maritime expertise that works well in a dynamic environment, and within a team environment of other domain SMEs. C3BM seeks to help drive mission integration to enable warfighter capabilities for resilient decision advantage.  Candidate will support C3BM decision-making with operational analysis and help lead stakeholder communities for DAF integrated capability delivery.  Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) experience highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Frameworks and Strategies: Create and implement CJADC2 requirements for the Department of the Air Force.


• Policy Development: Offer operational expertise to develop and oversee policy initiatives.


• Integration: Incorporate Weapons and Tactics into various exercises, tests, and evaluations.


• Requirements Definition: Identify and define current and future CJADC2 requirements.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather inputs from internal and external stakeholders, develop solutions, and document all organizational processes.


• Presentations: Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations.


• Travel: Be prepared for occasional travel as required. Initial support will require on-site support daily.

What We Require:

• Security Clearance: Must possess a minimum TOP SECRET security background investigation.

What We Desire:

• Experience: Expert in USN Surface Warfare and Maritime Strike with Joint USAF/USN operational experience.


• Process Coordination: Demonstrated ability to create and coordinate processes efficiently across multiple teams.


• Presentation Skills: Skilled in preparing and delivering compelling and informative briefings.


• Specialized Training: Graduate of the Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) course.
