In this role, your overall purpose is to provide administrative direction for the Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Autism, and Medically Complex Children program within the County Mental Health Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) office. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, planning, monitoring, and coordinating quality services for the community. You will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to providers and support coordination entities working with and for Beaver County Behavioral Health Administrative (AE). You will focus on quality, incident, and risk management of services provided to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:

You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days a week, upon successful completion of the required probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Beaver Falls.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of professional experience in the field of intellectual disabilities, and a bachelor's degree;

or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
