Coupa Admin /Salesforce CPQ

Role: Coupa Admin

Location: Ft Lauderdale, FL (Dania Beach)

Contract: 12 months (ability to extend)

Calibration Questions: 

• Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Coupa as an administrator or advanced user?
  


• Have you supported Coupa integrations with SAP or another enterprise ERP system (especially for PO or invoice workflows)?
  


• Are you comfortable managing user access, permissions, and roles for a system with 500+ users?
  

Job Description

✅ Must-Haves (Core Requirements):

• Hands-on experience with Coupa as an administrator or advanced user
  


• Ability to troubleshoot system issues (e.g., integration failures, invoice flow interruptions)
  


• User access and role management within Coupa
  


• Experience supporting indirect procurement workflows, including POs, catalogs, and invoicing
  


• Familiarity with Coupa–SAP integration (especially for invoice handoff/payment processes)
  


• Strong communication and self-starter mindset — able to operate with limited direction
