Job Description - Couples Counselor - Private Practice

$100-$125 per hour

Work with Willow is working with a thriving family owned private practice in Tampa looking for fully licensed therapists experienced providing with couples therapy.

$100–$125/hour - competitive pay with predictable income - Paid quickly 2 times per month

Exclusively private pay clients - no insurance headaches or endless admin work

Hybrid schedule - in-office 3-4 days/week + up to 20% telehealth from home

4-day work week option if desired for better work-life balance

Positive, supportive environment - no micromanagement, no burnout culture

What we’re looking for:

Licensed in Florida: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD

At least 2 years of experience

Ready to take on a caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week.

Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you

This is an independent contractor 1099 role (Health insurance is NOT provided). You set your hours, we fill your schedule.
