Job Description and Requirements

As a Courier, you will maintain the schedule and logistics of all internal and external mail distribution throughout RBFCU through physical on-site and off-site deliveries and efficient use of mail equipment and materials.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Receives, picks-up, and sorts mail from U.S. Post Office, UPS/FedEx, departments and assigned locations in a safe and timely manner

• Full understanding of operating all electronic mail room equipment

• Ability to perform basic level PM work on equipment to help ensure optimal performance and limit down time

• Responsible for constant organization of materials in the mail room to ensure everything can be accessed and utilized in a timely manner

• Heads up the logistics of the packaging and distribution to over 2,000 employees for large marketing employee moral projects

• Operates a company vehicle to make larger deliveries to different RBFCU locations along with frequent trips to the post office

• Essential to have good communication skills with departments to ensure packages are delivered and received in a timely manner and not misplaced

• Help out with basic facilities related to repairs and projects when necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of less than one year of job-related work experience

• Ability to routinely lift 60 pounds boxes

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Proven exemplary driving record
