Position Overview: A courier is responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items from one location to another in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities:

1. Package Pickup: Collect packages, documents, and other items from clients or designated locations according to a predetermined schedule or on-demand requests.

2. Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources, ensuring timely deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time.

3. Package Sorting: Organize packages and items for delivery based on delivery addresses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the delivery process.

4. Safe Transportation: Safely transport packages and items using various modes of transportation, such as cars, bicycles, motorcycles, or public transportation, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

5. Delivery: Deliver packages and items to the designated recipients within the agreed-upon time frame, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.

6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns.

7. Package Tracking: Utilize tracking systems and technology to monitor the status of deliveries, provide real-time updates to clients, and ensure transparency throughout the delivery process.
