What you'll do

• Be the point of contact between ABC Legal and Arizona courts — checking on filings, resolving issues, and getting status updates on document retrievals


• Prepare and submit legal paperwork, including calculating and including the right court fees


• Track, review, and organize retrieved court documents, entering everything accurately into our systems


• Partner daily with our court runners to navigate court timelines and troubleshoot delays


• Communicate with court staff, runners, and attorneys by phone, email, and Microsoft Teams


• Use Skye, our in-house case management system, to log progress and case notes

What you need

• High school diploma or GED


• Comfortable talking on the phone and writing professional emails


• Solid with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) — comfortable picking up new systems


• Careful, detail-oriented, and good with repetitive tasks that require accuracy


• Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice to have (not required): prior legal, customer service, administrative, or call-center experience.
