General Purpose: In order to ensure an engaging, safe and empowering customer experience at Stride CHC sites, the Courtesy and Safety Advocate openly interacts with all clinic visitors and staff. This position will ensure the standards of cleanliness, maintenance of buildings and grounds, safety, and security. Perform tasks that maintain a safe, patient centered and secure environment for staff and the public. This position is responsible for the overall safety of the environment by utilizing hospitality, communication, problem solving, and crisis intervention techniques to anticipate visitor’s needs. This position uses a proactive approach in performing their duties, helping to eliminate potential problems well before they ever surface.

Various hand and electric tools, handcart/dolly, personal vehicle, Cell phone and Computer, iPad, printer, multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, copy machine, calculator, and all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and the internet.
Working Environment and Physical Activities:
Moves about the office environment and to other locations. Moves objects up to 50lbs frequently and 100lbs occasionally. Communicates information to others. Discerns/analyzes information from others to assist in decision making. Enters data into computer programs via computer, mouse and keyboard. Physical work in all weather and road conditions, including rain, snow, hail, and below freezing temperatures.

Work Schedule
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 7:00am-6:00pm (40 hours/week)
We offer a competitive hourly range of $20.00 - $22.50 depending on your experience.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
