Courtesy Driver - Part -Time

Harry Brown’s is seeking a Part-Time Courtesy Driver to join our team. The Courtesy Driver is responsible for delivering excellent service to internal and external customers by providing transportation to the customer’s desired location. 

In addition, the Courtesy Driver will assist in the arrangement of vehicle deliveries and perform various tasks throughout the dealership. 

Pay is $16.00 per hour. 

Variation of daytime hours Monday - Friday

Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by furnishing transportation to the customer’s desired locations. Includes picking up and dropping off customers and making round-trip arrangements, as needed. 

• Field calls from Service Department personnel to schedule transportation requests. 
• Assist in the arrangement of vehicle deliveries to customer’s home, business, or other locations. Ensuring vehicles are fully fueled and ready to deliver prior to delivery.
• Help customers, as needed.
  • Greet and direct customers when they arrive. 
  • Escorts customers to the desired department. 
  • General light duty maintenance and cleaning
  • Escalate issues, as needed. 
• Ensure lounge and shop areas are kept clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Prepare shop for the day (cookies, popcorn, water)
• Record and log all transports; capturing location, customer name, mileage, etc. 
• Assist Service Advisors with moving customer vehicles around the property.
• Other duties, as assigned.

  Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Maintains an acceptable attendance record; limits unplanned absences from work, including tardy absences, as defined by Company policy. 
• Prefer experience in a customer service capacity, dealership experience, or equivalent experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups.
• Effective Communication - Listens; speaks and writes clearly and concisely
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
