Responsibilities:

• Greet all service lane customers as they appear in the department


• Educate and inform customers about their loaner car options


• Introduce the customer to an appropriate service advisor 


• Establish a follow-up timeline with the customer


• Follow up with customers to ensure their compliant with loaner car stipulations
