About the Role

Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced and skilled Craftsman / Handyman to join our team serving residential and commercial clients in the Plano area. This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, extensive hands-on repair experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Wage Range: $23–$32 per hour

Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay Reviews: Regular performance-based pay reviews

What You’ll Do

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and commercial customers
• Utilize your expertise with tools, equipment, and hand/power tools
• Troubleshoot issues, assess repair requirements, and provide customer-friendly solutions
• Work independently or with teammates in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver top-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Navigate maps and service routes efficiently

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
• Must own personal tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and carry repair items
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Dependable and punctual with consistent availability during business hours
