About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Craftsman/Handyman to join our team and deliver high-quality home repairs and maintenance. You’ll work independently and with a team on a wide range of tasks—from minor fixes to larger improvement projects—while ensuring 5-star customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Perform home repairs, maintenance, and improvements for commercial and residential customers

Troubleshoot issues, assess repair requirements, and provide customer-friendly solutions

Communicate clearly with clients and team while delivering 5-star experiences

Use your own tools to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Navigate maps and service routes efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent problem solver

Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and a professional attitude

Proficient with hand and power tools

Own truck/van, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

Must own personal tools

Preferred Skills:

Carpentry, drywall, painting, framing, deck work

Siding, soffit, fascia, gutter repairs

Window/door installs, fence repair, furniture assembly

Light concrete, tuckpointing, and general handyman tasks

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
