Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00/hour + performance bonuses

We are seeking a highly motivated, multi-skilled Craftsman/Handyman who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repairs and maintenance including drywall, carpentry, and tile work
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Manage workload efficiently and complete tasks on schedule

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
• Good driving record and access to a van or truck
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
