About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Coordinator to join our team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the Amazon Specialist team and the Graphic Team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all creative requests. The ideal candidate will excel at communication, project tracking on Google Spreadsheets, and multitasking to deliver timely..

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and manage all incoming creative requests from the Amazon Specialist team.
• Accurately transfer creative requests to the Graphic Team with clear instructions and deadlines.
• Coordinate follow-ups with the Graphic Team to ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and communicate revisions clearly to the Graphic Team.
• Maintain detailed tracking of all creative requests using Google Spreadsheet, including status updates, deadlines, and delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between Full Circle team and the Graphic Team, fostering smooth collaboration and communication.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively address any delays in the creative process.
• Assist with documentation and reporting related to creative workflow efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a coordinator or project management role, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

• Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Basic understanding of graphic design workflows and terminology is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of the English language is required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• This is an office-based position in Lahore, where remote work is unavailable.

• Candidates must have their own laptop/machine for this role.

• Job timings are from 6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani Time).
