Creative Director

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team at Lemonade. This is a strategic role responsible for delivering compelling creative solutions that align with our business strategies and objectives. If you have a proven track record of leading creative teams to success and are passionate about creating visually stunning and conceptually powerful messages that drive engagement, then we would be thrilled to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with our marketing and product teams to define and implement our creative strategy.
• Leading, developing and inspiring our in-house creative team to produce work of the highest standard.
• Overseeing all creative output from the business to ensure consistency of brand identity across all resources.
• Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
• Evaluating and, if necessary, altering the content of projects before completion and ensuring projects follow corporate and brand guidelines.

What you'll need to flourish:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.
• Outstanding leadership and organisation skills.
• Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill.
• Understanding of web design and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation:

The starting base range for this position is between $180,000 and $215,000 per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.
