Creative Film Producer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on projects with teams to help communicate upcoming series, events, and vision through creative projects. 


• Create content on a small scale and manage productions on a larger scale


• Produce projects for the church that include a person, place, or thing. 
  
  
  
  • Recruit and hire (when necessary) talent for projects. 
  
  
  • Scout locations and coordinate with property managers for and during filming opportunities. 
  
  
  • Create or find props, costumes, and set pieces used during projects. 
  
  
  • Manage budget and spending for projects. 
  
  
  • Schedule film dates for projects 
  
  
  • Prepare craft services based on shoot schedule and persons on set.
    
  
  
  
  


• Support continuity from brainstorm to filming through support and on-set assistance to Directors and crew. 


• Lead and shepherd volunteers who serve in set design, on-screen talent, costume design, hospitality, and production assistance. 


• Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
