Creative Marketing Coordinator (Entry level)

Your Role:
This is not your average entry level role. You're the behind-the-scenes style hero who brings the brand to life—from prepping sleek shirts for shoots to helping create visuals that turn heads online and in store. You’ll be working with our marketing and retail teams, helping us look good and deliver an amazing customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Manage customer service: styling advice, order support, online returns.
• Assist with store displays and styling.
• Assist with social media content creation. Monitor our social media, repost, comment and like.
• Support graphic design needs—email assets, web banners, digital ads, retail signage, flyers, handouts and more.
• Upload products to our website.
• Be the right hand during model photo shoots (a few times per year)—steaming,  prepping, organizing outfits, uploading / editing images.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have an eye for fashion, details, and what makes something look good.
• Know your way around Canva or Adobe tools (or are eager to learn).
• Have experience with Klaviyo / email design and creation.
• Have used Google Docs
• Are Tech saavy-can quickly learn new tech platforms
• Are the type who straightens a display, just because it feels right.
• Love helping people and making things look their best.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and style-savvy environment.
• Are looking for growth opportunities and have willingness to learn by working with agencies or consulting partners by sending them relevant assets for marketing activations. 
• Enjoy copywriting and data aggregation to help generate reports.

Requirements

• College degree (Bachelor’s) in Marketing and/or Business preferred.  
•  Extensive experience in Social Media beyond merely day-to-day personal use. 
•  Experience working with Shopify is a plus.
• Bonus points for: experience in copywriting, photography and/or video editing and utilizing AI tools.
