$28/hour

Shift:

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid)

What's a typical day as a Creative Marketing Coordinator? You'll be:
• Providing administrative support to Director and Managers (travel, expense reports, calendar management, credentials, international travel, etc.)
• Assisting with campus events and volunteering for the Energy/Endomechanical Teams culture.
• Managing marketing budgets and supporting PO creation and management.
• Coordinating project impact planning and scheduling.
• Needs Assessments, Engagement, Contract Request support, NDA, Bulk NDA, and CEV Requests
• Developing creative artwork and supporting branding and design efforts.
• Creative Artwork development to include: Creative branding and design support for all new assets and enable conversion to new MedTech branding for existing assets
• Assisting with new hire onboarding and office management tasks.
• Ordering office supplies and managing office space.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• HS Diploma or equivalent required. 2- year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe acrobat PDF editor preferred
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks.
• 2+ years demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
• Previous marketing experience is preferred.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are proficient in project management and can make sound decisions.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Are experienced in using personal computer software, including Microsoft Office.
