We are looking for a creative marketing manager to lead and organize our creative production process. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and generating compelling content across various platforms. You will collaborate with our talented team to ensure the creation of high-quality advertising assets that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Operating the process of analyzing, creating and testing of ad creatives for paid ads


• Generating and testing marketing hypotheses through creative content


• Organizing the creative process, including brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate ideas


• Analyzing competitors' creatives and players in different niches to identify trends and best practices


• Managing the creative production process, including coordinating the work of designers and copywriters, setting technical tasks, and ensuring timelines and quality. Сhannels of creative’s delivery: Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.


• Internal and external communication regarding creatives (with teams, partners, freelancers, and contractors)


• Working with tools and services for generating creatives

Requirements:

• Successful track record in operating processes


• Understanding of digital marketing and knowing how to derive insights from data and apply them effectively


• Creative thinking and the ability to find unconventional solutions


• Strong analytical skills


• Strong research skills


• Interest in social media, knowledge of trends, and an understanding of how to create viral advertising creatives
